The fees include:

• Participation in plenary sessions, roundtables, workshops and scientific activities during the conference
• Coffee and lunch breaks during the conference
• The gala dinner
• The welcome pack

The PhD student fees apply to PhD students who participate to the doctoral workshop or who do not communicate. When the PhD student presents a work in a track other than the doctoral workshop with an academic or practitioner co-author who is not registered for the conference, the academic/practioner fees will be applied.
